Return Policy

1. Returns
Customers may return their order within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the return requirements are met.

2. Return Requirements
The product must be unused and, where possible, returned in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

3. Store Credit Instead of a Refund
We do not offer cash refunds for returned products. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the customer will receive a store voucher equal to the purchase price of the returned product. The voucher can be used for a future purchase in our online shop.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find an appropriate solution.

5. Exclusions
Certain products may be excluded from returns, including personalized products, custom-made items, and products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
